The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Niagara Falls, which made it easy to explore the area. I appreciated the friendly assistance from the staff during our stay. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, and the dining experience left something to be desired, especially since breakfast was not included. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for value for money in a prime location.

The room was okay, but it was not cleaned properly. I found a dirty ice bucket with old beer, and the room was a bit noisy because of nearby elevators.

Most of the staff were very friendly and informative, but one comment I overheard made me uncomfortable. They were quick to respond to requests, which was appreciated.
